Privacy notice

This notice explains what Deals Lab does with the details you give us through this site. We kept it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you choose to give them, your company website, your role and the message you write. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever you put in the message.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That includes preparing the Bench Read you asked for and replying to you about it. We do not add you to any list and we do not use your details for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Deals Lab who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit. The fonts on the site are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your browser's address when the page loads.

Stopping contact and deleting your details

Reply to any message from us with the word stop and we will not contact you again. To ask us to delete what we hold about you, write to doreen.hawkins@dealslab.co or send a note through the contact form. We will confirm once it is done.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
